Thank you for the kind words and inquiry. It is spectacular to be able say we keep taking steps forward. Currently getting the apartment finished is the first priority. It was what we started on just about a year ago in the beginning of everything and has always been what is closest to completion. It, like everywhere, will have hydronic radiant heat, whose install follows next. The commercial plumbing plan is very close to finalized which correspondingly means very close to commencement. Nearly all the internal framing of the existing structure is built. We have a proposal to the BTA, the townhome association, for additional construction, though it has updates needed; we’ve been in discussions on this since June 2022 and need the proposal to pass to resume exterior work. About half the insulation is up. Also important: we have our liquor license!
